James Seay Ministries is a non-profit ministry organized under the 501(3)c rules of the U.S. tax code. Financial support for the works of the ministry therefore comes solely from the offerings made by individuals and groups. We ask you that you please seek the Lord in prayer for His guidance and consider contributing monetary assistance to JSM.


James Seay Ministries, Inc. Financial Accountability

(1) James Seay Ministries, Inc. (JSM) is a corporation organized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and maintains its status as a tax exempt organization.

(2) JSM is organized exclusively for religious and charitable purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations on section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. JSM is specifically purposed for Christian ministry.

(3) The affairs of James Seay Ministries, Inc. (JSM) are managed by a Board of Directors whose function, qualifications, election, removal, and term of office are set by the Bylaws of the Corporation.

(4) James Seay Ministries, Inc. commits to maintain trust and provide transparency.

(5) Donations to JSM designated by the donor for a specific purpose may at the discretion of the Board be utilized for other activities of JSM to the extent donated amounts exceed what is needed to accomplish said specific purpose.

(6) Directors of James Seay Ministries, Inc. (JSM) shall not receive compensation from JSM for regular services rendered to JSM as members of the Board, except that Directors may be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties to JSM, in reasonable amounts based on policies approved by the Board.

(7) James Seay Ministries, Inc. requires all board members to abide by a conflict of interest policy that encourages high standards of ethics and integrity. Each director, principle officer, and committee member with governing board delegated powers annually signs a statement which affirms they have received, read, and understood the conflicts of interest policy and agrees to comply with the policy.

(8) James Seay Ministries, Inc. protects the privacy of our donors by not marketing our mailing list.

(9) James Seay Ministries, Inc. voluntarily submits to an annual audit by an independent public accounting firm. Financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
